Terms of service

Every pair is printed after you order, using the design and preview you approve. Product photos and previews show how your design is placed on the shoe; small differences in color and texture between screens and printed materials are normal.

• You keep any rights you have in images you upload.
• You confirm you have the right to use every image you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
• You give us permission to use your design only to preview, make, ship and support your order.
• We may decline or cancel and refund an order that includes hateful, illegal, or infringing content.

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Checkout and payment are processed securely by Shopify. Discount codes apply as described when they are offered.

Shipping is covered by our Shipping & delivery page. Reprints and refunds are covered by our Refunds & reprints policy, including our preview-match promise.

If you add the optional NCF contribution to your bag, it is collected by Kicks By You and donated by the shop owner. It is not a product and is not shipped.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it.
