Shipping & delivery
Every pair is printed for you after you order, so delivery time is production time plus shipping time. Here is exactly what to expect.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Shipping rates
- Standard: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more.
- Express: $15.00. See which styles it speeds up below.
Your exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
Production time
Your order goes to production automatically right after payment. Our print partners make each pair within 10 days, often sooner. Holidays and busy seasons can add time.

These are our print partners' published estimates, not guarantees. Sandals ship from within the US; other styles ship internationally from our partners, which is why they take longer.
Express only speeds up the styles marked above. If your bag includes a style without an Express option, the whole order ships Standard and we refund the difference between Express and Standard shipping.
Tracking
When your pair ships, the tracking link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. You can also check progress anytime on the Track order page with your order number and email.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking stops updating, or your pair arrives damaged, email ctchancey@gmail.com with your order number. See Refunds & reprints for how we make it right.
