Questions
How long until my shoes arrive?
Every pair is printed to order within 10 days. Standard delivery then takes 2–5 business days for removable-strap sandals, 5–15 for classic sneakers, canvas low-profile sneakers, slides and socks, and 7–15 for high-tops, low-tops, mesh sneakers, slippers, foam clogs and boots. Express gets that last group to you in 2–3 business days after production. Tracking is emailed when your pair ships. Shipping details
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $8.00, and free on orders of $70 or more. Express is $15.00. We currently ship within the US.
What if it doesn't look like my preview?
The preview you approve is what we print. If your pair arrives looking different from that preview, or damaged, we reprint it or refund you. Just email us a photo within 30 days. Refunds & reprints
Can I order the same design for a group?
Yes. Open your design, go to the last step and tap Copy share link. Everyone who opens the link gets the same design and picks their own size.
Can I return custom shoes?
Because every pair is printed for one person, we can't resell returns, so we don't do change-of-mind returns. If anything is wrong with the pair itself, we make it right with a reprint or refund.
Will the print peel or fade?
No. The design is printed into the shoe material before the shoe is put together.
How do sizes run?
Each style has an official size chart from its maker, with US and EU sizes and inside length in inches or centimeters. A few styles run big or small, and we flag those in the chart. Open the size guide
