Privacy policy

• Your design: the colors, effects and any images you upload, saved when you add a pair to your bag so we can print it.
• Order details: your name, email, shipping address and phone number from checkout, plus what you ordered.
• Visits: the pages you view, linked to a random ID stored in your browser. We don't use advertising trackers.
• Your bag: items in your bag are saved in your browser so they're still there when you come back.

Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. We never see or store your full card number.

• Our print and fulfillment partners (through Printify) receive your design, name, shipping address, email and phone so they can make and ship your pair and send tracking updates.
• Shopify processes checkout and payment.
• Our hosting and database providers store the shop's data securely on our behalf.

Design previews are created with our print partner while you design; those temporary previews are deleted automatically.

We keep order and design information as long as needed to fulfill your order, handle reprints and refunds, and meet legal and tax obligations.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing ctchancey@gmail.com. Clearing your browser storage removes your saved bag and visit ID.
